Beautiful hotel, with a restful atmosphere.The staff were very helpful, especially concerning airline info. - good shuttle service. Good dining, and restaurant service. Excellent spa facilities.

"The hotel is also a fitness center. The free shuttle is 'really free'. The food was the real let down. Breakfast was excellent, however the 'grill' made 'McDonald's' look good." (97310840)

Clean room of a good size.
Booked a smoking room online and was told none was available upon arrival. Online booking gave distinct option but was told at reception this was not the case. Shower ran luke warm during shower.

Modern rooms, quiet.
No free Wireless Internet (difficult to reimburse such expenses with my employer, thereby causing an annoying hassle). It was impossible to find the free shuttle service in CDG Airport. The Shuttle sign near CDG terminal 2E refers to Dorint hotel even though the name Dorint was not mentioned on any communication I had with the hotel previously. The information desk in CDG told me to go to the wrong Novotel (the one on the CDGVAL line). The whole experience took 50 minute. Please provide instructions on your web page, and make sure the name of the hotel corresponds to what is on the sign in CDG 2E.

"The hotel was fine, but unfortunately the hot water wasn't working and we were unable to take a shower/bath in the morning. That was quite unsettling, especially since we had a Transatlantic flight ahead of us in close quarters. One of the first things I notice when entering the room was the pamphlet which says (paraphrase) If you're not satisfied, you don't pay. During checkout when I was asked how my stay was, I advised my disappointment about the hot water not being available. I wasn't even offered a discount, let alone a complimentary night. I was't satisfied, but I paid!" (97253253)
The location was convenient to the airport; the room was comfortable.
The hot water was not working on the morning of our departure.

Everything was very comfortable. Employees were cordial. Restaurant person was curt, but I was told to expect that in French restaurants.
I had problems with the internet and email. The keyboard was not easy to use. I guess it was configured differently and the minutes ticked on while I tried to figure it out. I was unable to get off an email before my time ran out and I wasn't about to pay more money for that learning experience. A woman there offered to fix it if I returned in 15 minutes but she disappeared.

"My experience of the Dorint was excellent. There was a minor problem when I checked in as for some reason the hotel had my booking under my first name rather than my surname, so at one point I thought I might not be able to check-in, but this was resolved quickly. My room was clean and tidy and very nice. I have to say the staff and particularly the manager working at the bar/cafe were extremely nice. The food was top quality and served promptly. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who was thinking of staying in the area." (99642156)

"I was taken to another Novetel hotel by the shuttle. It would be helpful if I knew in advance what shuttle to take an its itinerary. The hotel itself was very good ,comfortable and clean. When I arrived the lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. I would definetely this hotel. Very convenient if you want to be near the airport" (99327323)

it was ok
no english programmes as all channels were in french except for BBC news in english only channel very boring and no sports no entertaining channels in any other languages
