"We needed better instructions to locate the hotel. We could have been given the water bus numbers and the bus stop, as well as road name. This hotel annex is a great location for getting around Venice." (99550890)

This is a marvellous no frills hotel which is easy to find, is in an excellent location for visiting the city, has friendly multilingual staff, comfortable rooms, is close to the Grand Canal yet away from the crowds - and very good value.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Il cavo di antenna della televisione era staccato e, per potere inserire lo spinotto, nonostante i miei 70 anni, ho dovuto spostare un armadio, senza alcun aiuto da parte del personale, praticamente inesistente.

excellent location - close to Grand Canal and vaparetto stops, easy walking distance to various points. Main hotel provided pleasant breakfast area, good buffet breakfast, pleasant terrace area.
Broken power point in bedroom, broken toilet flush - although could be made to work. Room left unlocked by maid on one day!
