    "We informed the staff that we apreciated very much the service and help they offered, but that the room really was a shame. The were aware of that, but clearly not in the position to do anything abuot it. " (97572344)

    Very friendly and helpfull staff.

    Poor furniture. Room and bathroom urgently in need of a total make-over. Beds: really very bad!

    Spacious accommodation with a nice balcony

    Shower was not working. Toilet was not clean. Location not ideal. Many long-term residents which did not create a very nice atmosphere.

    "No prior notice that there was nobody in attendence at check in from approx 1300 until 1500 hrs.When we arrived we could not enter the building as you needed a security code.If you were arriving by car it would not be possible to enter the car park as the barrier was controlled from reception until after check in. I would not think that the apartments are suitable if you do not have a car.They are not close to the railway station,although there is an excellent light rail system from the station to a stop aprox 10 to 15 minutes walk from the complex."     Cleanliness.Good value for money.Excellent female receptionist during our short stay.Extremely helpful and informative.Very very good.

    No prior notice that check in was at 1500.When we arrived at 13.30 we just had to wait outside as you need a security code to enter.Also if you had a car you could not enter the car park until check in time.Apartment for 4 adults was very small for that number. Shower was loose and not fitted correctly to the wall.Also no Kettle readily available in the apartment although I understood later that this one could be collected from reception. Why not tell us at check-in.
