  Interesting architecture, central location, wonderful decor, quality of bed and bed linen

  Not all staff met good customer standards and one member of bar staff experienced great difficulty in understanding English and couldn't discern between one order and another;extremely noisy plumbing and inadequate supply of hot water and heated towel rail not working, low grade tissues and lavatory paper.Having hotel info on-line was not useful ( even if you're pc friendly) because it was not particularly informative and took ages to go through the menus etc.

  "overall, loved our stay, would definately stay again, very nice and clean accommodation, good facilities and location, price good for location, breakfast good, staff, mainly Chinese, excellant , would recommend hotel to friends, would perhaps consider an upgrade in room if stopping for longer."   cleanliness, full size ironing board and iron, good hairdryer, location, shower facility, room, breakfast room, concierge very good,, nice man make you feel very comfortable

  noisy corridor, cleaner banging about outside of door with equipment, door shut loudly or slammed, pillows ,1 out of 4 was decent, view from room

  "Nice hotel if you get the right room." (108057432)

  Nice surroundings, room large size, great centralised location.

  I was initially given a small twin room, and having stayed at this hotel before, I soon realised that the room was much smaller and less luxurious than my first room (althogh was costing the same). I complained and was given a better room. There was also noisey plumbing from above during the night which sounded like a drill and kept up awake on the first night.

  Clean room, very quiet with larger sized single beds.

  Good Location

  Poor staff service, Hotel is supposed to be refurbished but rooms look old already. 2 small towels in bathroom, wardrobe was broken, had to ask numerous times for room service
